By accessing or using the AI Orchestrator website and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

AI Orchestrator is a platform that allows users to interact with Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, generate AI agents, and build automated workflows. The Service acts as an interface to various Third-Party AI Providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and local models hosted by the user.

3. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. By using the Service, you understand that:

  • AI Output Accuracy: Artificial Intelligence is probabilistic and prone to errors, "hallucinations," and inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, suitability, and legality of any output generated by the Service before using it.
  • Automation Risks: Workflows built on this platform may perform actions automatically (e.g., sending emails, modifying databases, executing code). You are solely responsible for the consequences of these automated actions.
  • Data Security: You are responsible for the API keys, credentials, and data you input into the Service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

The Website Owner and its affiliates explicitly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, pricing changes, or data handling practices. Your use of third-party models is subject to their respective terms of service.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
  • Develop competing services using our interface or codebase.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Website Owner and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your use of any AI-generated content or automated workflows.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Website Owner resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
